Nothing is scarier than red on a gradesheet and pink in your file. Much like going door to door as a child in costume, we pretend to be pilots and pray its Santa behind the door with a big fat 5 and not a MIF monster creeping behind it with the fun size equivalent of an almond joy. All you can do is say thank you sir and move on to the next door. Maybe that house won’t say “Good job, nothing to add” and give you a 3. Now if only trick or treating had gouge on where to get the best candy bars…
